I am a qualified personal trainer and have been since I was 17. Being a trainer for that long has given me the opportunity to learn from different trainers which has made me better. I believe knowledge is key and when you train with me, you will get to know how to do things correctly. Breaking down movements and giving you an understanding of how exercises benefit you, as everyone’s goals are different and I adapt to that.

I have always been into my sport and fitness and started working in the gym environment at 16. From then on I decided personal training was my next step in my fitness journey.

I have always been involved in sport whether it is extracurricular or in my own time playing all kinds of sports, along with going to the gym which has helped me massively with my range of knowledge that I have within the gym. My passion for fitness began in 1998 when I joined the British army. The job role that I chose had no option other than to push myself beyond my level of fitness at that time. Hi I’m Danny, I’ve been in the gym industry for 15 years now so I’m very knowledgeable when it comes to diets and training clients. I have been involved in physical activity since I was 12 in multiple sports including gymnastics, kickboxing and more.
